THE GARMENT I ORDERED DOESN'T SUIT ME. CAN I RETURN IT?
We understand that it is not easy at times to purchase the correct item online so if you do find that your new garment is not what you thought it would be, incorrect colour, size or a simple change of mind please return it to us. We offer an exchange for another garment or an online voucher provided the garment is returned within 14 days of purchase and includes the proof of purchase/receipt. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Within Australia, delivery usually takes between 1-10 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Courier or Registered Australian Post and all parcels have a tracking number. Please ensure when placing your order online with us, that you select an address where someone is available during business hours so you can have your purchase as quickly as possible.
All International orders are sent via Air Mail via Australia Post and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
Yes you can! Please contact our store and we will happily add to your order at our end. We aim to dispatch all our web orders within 1-3 days of them being placed therefore you will need to contact our store immediately if you wish to add to add to your order to make sure your parcel has not been sent off already. You can choose the extra method of payment as well as we offer credit card, PayPal, eWay, Direct Debit, money orders, cheques and EFT..
CAN I CANCEL SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel something from your order you may do so by contacting our store prior to the order being dispatched to you, otherwise you can send it back to us once you have received the order and we will arrange an online gift voucher for the cancelled order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
Of course you can! Please phone our store between opening hours to place our order with our friendly staff on 03 5480 3801.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
Please contact our store immediately if your order has not arrived within 10 days of it being dispatched from our store, Telephone 03 5480 3801 or email orders@paperartziboutique.com.au All our parcels have a tracking number so we will contact Australia Post or our Courier service to locate your parcel for you.

Click on the Gift card icon our home pages and follow the prompts to the check out to purchase a Gift Certificate for that special someone.
CAN I SET UP A GIFT REGISTRY?
Yes! We love being able to help our customers in any way we can and our Gift Registry is a great way to make sure our customers are looked after! Simply click on the Gift Registry link on the home page and follow the prompts...it is that easy!
MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty on arrival. You should inspect all our goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage as we do the same at our store prior to sending items out to our valuable customers. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any items received are defective or damage. So what should you do? The best way is to contact us is first by sending an email with a picture of the faulty goods explaining what is wrong. After that we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA #) for the item to be returned to our store. Of course if you are unable to email us please do not hesitate to contact our store in person or by telephone 03 5480 3801 to discuss the damage and best course of action.
